Range Officer

John Ringo creates the amazing stages the "World Famous" Double R Bar has enjoyed for many years. His stage writing is clear and concise, and his scenarios make for a fast and fun monthly match, and especially our Annual Matches in October of every year.

He is responsible for training up our new shooters with John Ringo’s New Shooter’s Clinic. He teaches novice shooters how to complete a course of fire safely and efficiently. John also travels with his wife, Calamity Annie, (and kitties) to many states each year to support SASS clubs, and to learn from other Range Officers and Match Directors what shooters really want to shoot.
